About

Historic Roots. Modern Food Innovation.

Our Story:

Founded by Naomi Medeiros and Candy Ziesmer, we’ve partnered to create a space where food entrepreneurs can thrive without the barriers of traditional commercial kitchens. Both founders bring decades of experience and vision to the project.

Leading staff training during the openings of Sushi of Naples (1995), Yard House (1996), and Oinks Diner (1997) in Long Beach, CA. Later serving at Randy’s Restaurant in Scottsdale (2009–2010), rose quickly through the ranks at Hilton Hotels (2010–2011), and was recruited by Hilton Worldwide to train and serve as interim general manager during the soft opening of the Hampton Inn (2012).

Candy Ziesmer, co-owner of CZ Resale, has run one of downtown Three Rivers’ most beloved small businesses for nearly a decade at 3 N. Main Street, directly connected to the Marble Works property. She and her husband, Odie Ziesmer, owning the Marble Works building, give the team a strong foundation in both local investment and historic stewardship.

Our Approach:

At Marble Works, we combine a shared-use kitchen, vendor retail space, and distribution partnerships to provide everything a food business needs to succeed from recipe development to retail exposure. We focus on fostering growth, sustainability and community impact at every step.
