Marble Works Kitchen is more than a commercial kitchen—we’re a hub for local food business development, education and community revitalization. Your support helps us provide the resources, programs and opportunities that empower food entrepreneurs to thrive.
In addition to serving local food entrepreneurs, Marble Works Kitchen will introduce a unique educational component for the community. The facility plans to partner with area high schools and culinary programs to provide students with hands-on experience in a working kitchen, including opportunities to intern with vendors and learn directly from active food businesses.
By combining entrepreneurship, education and transparency, Marble Works Kitchen aims to not only revitalize a historic downtown landmark but also to prepare the next generation of food industry leaders and foster a deeper understanding of the challenges—and opportunities—within the restaurant and food economy.
